Dolly is a Program Associate in the People and Culture team at CEGIS. Prior to joining CEGIS, she worked as a Manager in the People and Culture team at Athena Education, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. She has also worked at Mytat, where she managed recruitment and client onboarding.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Delhi University and a post-graduate diploma in HR from YMCA.
