Archana Bhaskar brings over 36 years of leadership experience across global and Indian organisations, with a significant part of her career at Unilever, Royal Dutch Shell, and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories. Having lived and worked across multiple continents, she brings a deep understanding of diverse markets, organisations, and operating contexts. She currently works closely with small and medium Indian enterprises, supporting them in identifying and unlocking sustainable growth opportunities. Archana also serves as a Non-Executive Director on both academic and corporate boards in India.

She is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College and  IIM Bangalore.

She is a big believer in the potential of human capital and is committed to making a positive difference to outcomes for businesses and society. She loves mountains and often hikes to keep life in balance.
