Tanvi is a Senior Program Associate, Personnel Management at CEGIS. She comes with experience in the development sector where her endeavours have been centred on cultivating a deep understanding on leveraging innovation for societal progress.

In the past she has worked with notable organisations like the BASIX group and the NITI Aayog. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi and a MBA in Rural Management from Xavier University Bhubaneswar (erstwhile XIMB).
