Shivani Gupta is a Senior Program Associate- Personnel Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy in St. Xavier’s College. She is a History graduate from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. Her approach to development is multidisciplinary, incorporating elements of effective empowerment, government entities, and grassroots organisations. Prior to CEGIS, she has worked extensively with the Indian Political Action Committee and Quality Council of India as a Policy and Political Consultant. She worked closely with the government and industry experts, developed frameworks to enhance ease of doing business and supported the government's initiatives in achieving sustainable growth. Outside of work, she enjoys writing and gardening.
