Shivani is working as a Program Associate in the Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS. She has previously supported the Government of Uttar Pradesh in developing and implementing Human Resources for Health (HRH) strategies and policies at India Health Action Trust (UPTSU), Lucknow. Exploring the various dimensions of global health and developmental challenges, she has interned with Oxfam India, Piramal Foundation, NITI Aayog, and SEWA, Ahmedabad. She has also supported the World Health Organisation, during the global pandemic of COVID-19 and for the Pulse Polio Immunisation efforts in Southern Gujarat. She holds a Master's in Public Health from the Indian Institute of Public Health, Gujarat, and is a trained nurse and midwife from AllMS Bhopal. She is passionate about creating equitable and sustainable public service delivery systems. Beyond work, she delves into Western philosophy, human psychology, Urdu poetry, and French cinema.
