Shashwata Nova works as a Communication Designer with the Communications team at CEGIS. With 18 years of professional experience, she has a strong background in the civic, social development, and corporate sectors. She started her career as an interior designer and worked on and completed many turn-key projects across Delhi-NCR. Prior to joining CEGIS(/C-LOP), Shashwata worked with Breakthrough India, an organisation working to create a cultural shift and make discrimination and violence against girls and women unacceptable, where she designed and led campaign-identities, IEC and ICT materials, events, directed photo-shoots, and managed all in-house production requirements.

She holds an MBA in Design Management, specialising in Fashion Retailing and Visual Merchandising from INIFD, and a Master’s in Social Work.

Her expertise spans Branding & Identity Design, Advertising, Corporate Communication, Campaign Design, UX/UI and Digital Media, Event Design and Management, Packaging and Production Design, and Fashion Marketing.
