Sarayu Nandakumar
Sarayu Nandakumar, many of you know her already as one of the troopers in the ECD project in Telangana. Given her interest in contributing to an org-building role, Sarayu joins us as Consultant - Learning and Development and in her new role will help anchor the learning and training needs for CEGIS. For those who have not met Sarayu, she holds a Masters in Development Studies from TISS. Sarayu brings her learnings and experience of working with the state governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over the last five years on program design and implementation, strategy, and policy advocacy to work on institutionalising learning and development within CEGIS. Her first entry into CEGIS was as an IIC fellow working on the ECD project in Telangana. Prior to that, she worked with the Aga Khan Foundation. Curious about the world but bothered by the injustices and inequities around her, Sarayu also uses photography to engage with the question of development. You can find her climbing boulders, forts or hills over the weekends!
