Debarun is working us as a Program Associate with the Strategic Public Finance team in Odisha. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California, and a dual degree in Mathematics and Computing from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He brings experience in policy research and data analysis through projects with the Environmental Protection Agency in the U.S. and the USC Price Center for Social Innovation, focusing on water affordability, housing policies, socio-economic data analysis, and carbon neutrality assessments.
