ASPIRATIONAL BLOCK PROGRAMME (ABP) OF NITI AAYOG

CEGIS supports NITI Aayog in building the capacity of Block Level Officials (BLOs) under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP). The team mapped competencies for 10 Block Officer positions, identifying gaps and creating continuous learning opportunities. CEGIS also supported the Aspirational Block Fellows Orientation, developing training guidelines and a comprehensive two-day training plan. The team also assisted NITI leadership in designing internal presentations and state report templates, automating delta rankings calculations and enhancing performance assessment and decision-making processes. This initiative strengthens BLO capabilities, improving service delivery and resource utilisation under the ABP.
