Aravinda Krishnamurthy is the Head of People and Culture at CEGIS. She brings over 30 years of experience in advising businesses on talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards and organisational culture and capability building in global organisations to CEGIS. 

Before joining CEGIS, she was Managing Director and Talent Leader for US India Offices of Deloitte LLP and earlier with Satyam Computers and QAI Global where she helped craft and drive the talent strategy for business growth and professional excellence. 

She holds MA and MPhil degrees in Political Science and is a University Gold Medalist from the University of Hyderabad. She also has a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from Madras University and has completed her Graduate Program in Public Policy from the Takshshila Institute and the ISB Executive Education Leadership Development Program.
