CEGIS has been working with the Government of Tamil Nadu since 2022 under a 5-year MoU. The CEGIS team provides analytical, technical and implementation support to various departments of the state government, such as school education, social welfare, commercial tax, municipal administration and finance.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has set aspirational targets for developmental indicators and fiscal parameters and aspires to calibrate its progress to meet the full potential of the state.

 

Our team is committed to supporting these aspirations. Accordingly, our portfolio of projects in Tamil Nadu spans a wide range of areas, including improving the quality of administrative data in primary education, enhancing job readiness for trainees, ensuring value for money in public procurement and enhancing the cost-effectiveness of select state corporations.

 

Our overarching goal is to catalyse positive transformations in Tamil Nadu, leading to significant advancements in developmental indicators, fiscal management, service delivery and overall state capacity.
