Rahul is a Project Associate in the Public Finance vertical of CEGIS. Before joining CEGIS, he worked with the Andhra Pradesh Centre for Financial Systems and Services (APCFSS), a company under the Finance Department of Andhra Pradesh. As part of his previous work, he closely worked with the CEO of APCFSS and the Special Chief Secretary to the Government, Finance Department in delivering numerous projects of the GoAP, specifically on digital transformation initiatives for delivering good governance.

He did his post-graduation in Public Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and he is equipped with strong research skills and has expertise in policy and data analytics techniques. Apart from work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and playing badminton.
