Risen is a Program Associate in the Personnel Management Team in Delhi. 

He brings experience in government consulting, program implementation, and media & policy advocacy. 

He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi.

Outside work, he enjoys movies, mountains and music.
