Jhaswanth Naidu Gunda is a Senior Program Associate in the Uttar Pradesh State Project Delivery Team, bringing over two years of experience in development sector research, data-driven governance, and public service delivery.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, University of Delhi, and has completed the MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MITx. Jhaswanth has previously worked with the Telangana Agriculture Department through CEGIS, where he contributed to performance management systems, remote sensing–based decision-making, large-scale beneficiary surveys, and agricultural supply chain diagnostics.
